We recently undertook an entire repiping of our home (3 full bath), and Direct Service Plumbing took care of the whole process end to end. The planning was thorough, Alex helpfully came out to ask and answer questions before we signed on. We had some lag time between our estimate and committing to the project, but the team had no issues working with us as soon as we were ready. Alex worked with us to ensure we got a fair price as repiping can get expensive, and he and his team were very gracious to come back and tweak a few things after the project was completed. The team members themselves are true gentlemen. Extremely polite and communicative with turning water on/off or working around the house. My wife noted they are some of the most considerate contractors we have ever worked with. The project took less than a week, and that was due to the guys' strong work ethic and volunteering to work late to help see us through. There were very few surprises along the way and we managed to keep this project in budget. I was worried about such a large undertaking and the risks involved, but for residential repiping you're in good hands with Direct Service Plumbing (and for any other plumbing needs).
